Tamil cinema is like a sky which holds many stars, but only a few shine, Like them, there are two who have been glittering for over three decades now and are still going strong . They are Rajinikanth and Kamal Hassan, of course.
Rajinikanth, who started his career in Apoorva Raagangal (1975) alongside Kamal Haasan, has completed over 150 films not just in Tamil but also in many other languages. Popular for his punch dialogues and style which are his unique identity, Rajini has come a long way to become the 'Super Star' of Tamil cinema. He is ready and raring to go with his next Raana, which is on the floors.
Not far behind is Kamal Hassan, who started his career as a child artiste in Kalathur Kannamma (1959). A multi-faceted personality, Kamal Haasan left his mark as actor, director, producer, singer, lyricist . Man of many experiments, he played 10 different roles in Dasavatharam. He is ready to run the race again with Viswaroopam joining hands with director Selvaraghavan.
Though the industry has seen many actors come and fade away recently, Rajnikanth and Kamal Haasan are still making waves.
'Old is God', they say and it is apt one for these two legends.
