We had reported two days back that Mammootty is paving way for his son Dulquer Salmaan’s film’s release on Ramzan day.
He wanted his Ranjith directed Kadal Kadannu Oru Mathukutty (KKOM) scheduled for Ramzan to be pushed by a week, to avert a father-son clash.
But director Ranjith, co-producer of Mammootty’s Kadal Kadannu Oru Mathukutty (KKOM), is sticking to his guns and is insisting on releasing the film on Ramzan day – August 9. He feels that it makes commercial sense to release the Mammootty film on Ramzan day rather than pushing it by a week.
Now Dulquer’s Neelakasham Pachakadal Chuvanna Bhoomi (NPCB) scheduled for August 9 release will clash with dad’s KKOM.
